We’re an outpatient psychiatric practice serving Woodbridge and the surrounding Northern Virginia area. Our psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and care team work together to give you thoughtful, unhurried care, in person or by telehealth anywhere in Virginia.

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
It is important to check with your insurance provider to determine your mental health coverage. You can usually find this information on your insurance card or by contacting your insurance company directly. Our office staff is also available to assist you in verifying your coverage.
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Deductibles can vary among insurance plans. To find out your specific deductible and whether it has been met, please contact your insurance provider directly. If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our administrative team, and we’ll do our best to help.
Are telepsychiatry services covered by insurance?
Many insurance providers now offer coverage for telepsychiatry services, but coverage can vary. Our administrative team can assist you in verifying your coverage and answering any questions you may have.
What types of insurance do you accept?
Our practice accepts a variety of insurance plans. We accept most major private insurances (Aetna, Carefirst, BCBS, Cigna, Optum, United), Tricare, and Medicare. To confirm whether we are in-network with your specific insurance provider, please contact our office, and our staff will be happy to assist you. We strive to work with a broad range of insurance companies to accommodate our patients’ needs.
Do you offer a discounted rate for self-pay patients?
Yes, we do offer a discounted rate for self-pay patients. If you do not have insurance coverage or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, our initial evaluation is $250 and follow-ups are $100. Our goal is to make mental health care accessible, and we are committed to working with patients to find suitable financial arrangements.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
