Outpatient Psychiatry

Office-Based Opioid Maintenance Therapy
Office-based treatment for opioid use disorder, with medication and support in one place.
We offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies. It’s an evidence-based approach that helps people manage cravings and build lasting recovery.
NeuroStar TMS
An FDA-cleared, in-office treatment for depression when medication hasn’t been enough.
NeuroStar TMS uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain involved in mood regulation. It’s non-invasive, needs no anesthesia, and you can drive yourself home after each session.
SPRAVATO® (esketamine)
An FDA-approved nasal spray for adults whose depression has not improved enough after trying at least two antidepressants. It is also approved, together with an oral antidepressant, for adults with major depressive disorder who have suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
You take SPRAVATO® yourself at our Woodbridge office with our clinical team supervising, then rest with us for at least two hours while we monitor you. Many insurance plans cover it, and our team can help verify your benefits.

Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluations
Some procedures, such as bariatric or gender-affirming surgery, require a psychological evaluation first. We assess your readiness and share the results with your surgical team.
